Episode 6 - Chiara Bresciani - helping post war communities to thrive economically
Show notes
Anthropologists are top gear in S.W.O.T anlysis. Not only do anthropologists help healthtech companies, hospitals and business transformations to be successful in their work, but as part of public international projects they help in detecting what people on the ground actually need to build up communities and countries that have been destroyed by civil war, anew.
The holistic approach of anthropologists help to understand and combine aspects of physica/natural/technological environements, social environments, belief systems and psychology to a big picture from where fit for purpose actions with sustainable impact can be derived.
Listen in to Chiara's insights into the world of community work in El Salvador.
